⏳ Production time: usually 2–3 weeks, depending on:
✔ the number of items in your order
✔ the specific features of the selected models
✔ receiving all necessary details for production (length, color, customization, etc.)

🚚 Delivery time: around 2 weeks to Europe, the USA, Canada, and the UK.
We ship only with reliable courier services (DHL, FedEx, etc.), and every parcel includes a tracking number.

⚡ Express shipping: available for an additional cost. Please contact us if you need your order urgently, and we will arrange the best option.

📦 Ready-to-ship items: some veils are available in stock and can be shipped within 2 business days.

✉️ Order updates: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
