Public Offer Agreement

Effective as of May 25, 2025

This Agreement is the Seller’s offer to enter into a remote retail sale Agreement. The Public Offer Agreement is public and its terms are the same for all legal entities or individuals according to Articles 633, 641, and 644 of the Civil Code.

By ordering any product or service on https://tbveils.com, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Public Offer. By accessing the materials of this website, the user thereby joins this Agreement.

1. Terms and Definitions

  • The Seller – Tatianabride, Poland.
  • The User – any individual or legal entity who visits the website and agrees to this Public Offer.
  • The Buyer – any person or company placing an order on https://tbveils.com.
  • The Recipient – the person authorized by the Buyer to receive the Goods.
  • The Online Store – the website https://tbveils.com.
  • The Goods – bridal veils and accessories presented in the online store.

2. Terms

The Seller sells Goods through the online store. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts this offer. The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment of payment for the Goods.

The Seller may change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The updated version becomes valid upon publication on the website.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller provides the Buyer the opportunity to purchase Goods for personal use not related to business activities.

4. Goods and Order Procedure

The Seller ensures product availability as displayed. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly. If an ordered item is unavailable, the Seller may offer a replacement or refund.

Standard processing time is 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items may take up to 30 working days.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery methods and costs are displayed during checkout.
  • Delivery time depends on destination and chosen carrier.
  • The Buyer must present identification upon receipt of the parcel.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.

6. Price and Payment

  • Prices are listed in EUR or USD and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment confirms acceptance of the offer.
  • The Seller may adjust prices or provide discounts at their discretion.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • The Buyer may return Goods within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by the Buyer unless caused by Seller’s error.
  • In case of the Seller’s mistake (wrong item, size, or color), full refund and return costs are covered by the Seller.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with Polish data protection laws.
  • By using https://tbveils.com, the Buyer consents to data processing for order management and communication.
  • The Buyer may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • Cookies may be used to improve user experience. Cookies do not contain confidential information.
  • The Seller is not responsible for publicly shared data by the Buyer.

9. Validity of the Public Offer

This Agreement is valid from the moment of acceptance by the Buyer and remains in effect until a new version is published on the website.
