✔ What is your minimum wholesale order? 

The minimum order is 3 veils, allowing boutiques to test styles and expand their assortment.

✔ Do you create custom-designed veils?

Yes, we can adjust the length, shape, and finishing (ribbon edge, folded edge, or raw cut). We also offer custom prints on veils.

✔ How long does production take?

 Production takes 2–3 weeks, plus up to 2 weeks for delivery. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

✔ Which countries do you deliver veils to?

We deliver our veils to Europe, the UK, Canada, and the United States.

 

✔ Which delivery service do you use?

We usually ship with DHL and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery. Other courier options can be arranged upon request.

✔ What are your payment terms?

Wholesale orders require 100% prepayment by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

✔ Can I receive fabric samples before placing an order?

 Yes, we provide tulle and finishing samples upon request.

✔ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 Yes, you may exchange veils for other models or return them in case of defects or errors. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

 We work with soft, premium-quality tulle that drapes beautifully, feels gentle on the skin, and ensures all-day comfort.
